A Closer Inspection Means a Safer Chimney
Stephen Morris utilises CCTV to monitor the condition of flues and stacks prior to lining or relining a flue and to check the condition of the flue, either after a chimney fire or if there is a blockage preventing brushes from passing up the flue freely.
Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) highly specialised miniature cameras are fed up the inside of the chimney on the end of a set of rods to allow us to look at the inside of the chimney flue. A recording can also be made.
This is also a great way to produce evidence for insurance claims as the true cause of problems can be established.
